Virshe, Friend of Frogs

"Having been assailed by a veritable deluge of insects on her last excursion into the aggressively verdant foliage of the Effulgent Forest, the industrious Virshe, unlike other northern elves, came prepared. Having been painstakingly fashioned from spidersilk, her attire is light and breathable and yet insect proof. She is now able to brave the tropical climes that her ilk were balked by in search of the golden tortoise beetle. (with the help of her frog friends Filmore and Dawud, who are great at keeping pests away, and snatching up the more elusive bugs!)"

A twist on the archetypal sexy elf costumes. I got to thinking about bug bites and discomfort in a tropical rainforest setting and subsequently about what kind of costume an elf would wear(while still holding somewhat true to the archetype) in a hot, humid and insect infested jungle... and also what an elf would be up to in such a place-- hence the perfectly bug-proof, breathable mesh and tear resistant clothing weaved from spiderweb threads!
